Can my dog eat Onion?
TOXIC β destroys red blood cells, causing anemia.
Onions contain N-propyl disulfide, which damages red blood cells and leads to hemolytic anemia. All forms are toxic: raw, cooked, powdered, or dehydrated. Powdered onion is even more concentrated and dangerous.

Cooked onion in food can accumulate toxicity over time. Avoid all forms.
